Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your email and name when you sign up. Content: the contacts, notes, documents, tasks, and other information you add to your workspace. Usage data: basic product analytics to understand and improve the service.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide and operate CEOrm — including indexing your content into your private, workspace-scoped knowledge graph and returning it to AI tools you explicitly connect via API key or MCP. We use aggregate usage data to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as your active workspace and cookie choice), and run privacy-friendly product analytics through PostHog. Analytics are opt-in: we do not capture analytics events until you accept via our cookie banner, and you can decline at any time. Essential cookies required to operate the app (for example, authentication) are always used when you are signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Subprocessors

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to run CEOrm, including Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (caching), PostHog (analytics), and Stripe (payments). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

5. Data sharing & access

Your workspace content is private to you and the members you invite. Row-level security isolates each workspace. AI tools only access your data when you connect them with your own API key.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA.

7. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After deletion, data is removed from production systems within 30 days, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
