Terms of Service

Effective June 27, 2026

1. Overview

CEOrm ("CEOrm," "we," "us") provides an operating platform for founders that includes a lightweight CRM, journal, document and spreadsheet storage, a whiteboard, and task management, together with an API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connection. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

3. Plans & billing

CEOrm offers a free, open-source local version, a Personal plan ($5/month or $50/year), and a Team plan ($10/month or $100/year) including up to 5 member seats and 5 advisor/board seats. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you put into CEOrm. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you, including indexing it into your private knowledge graph and returning it to AI tools you connect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other customers' data, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimers

CEOrm provides document templates and prompts for convenience only; they are not legal, tax, or financial advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEOrm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
